In the fashion world, trends in clothing changes all the time and lingerie is no exception to the rule. In fact, the trends in lingerie continues to change all the time and there are always some thing new on the market.
To find out what the latest trends in lingerie are you should either visit your local lingerie store or if they have a website, then you should visit it frequently. Especially, if you enjoy wearing lingerie often and what to keep up with the latest trends. The lingerie business is affected and influenced by what celebrities wear and what is new on the catwalk in the lingerie world.
On new product in the lingerie world is known as the Chopstick Bra. If you are on a lunch break in Tokyo, and you just happen to notice an attractive, young Japanese woman fumbling around inside her blouse, I would not get get your hopes up. The odds are she is not going to give you a flash. She is more than likely just getting out her chopsticks, because there has been a "chopsticks bra" that has been unveiled in Japan for busy women looking to stash their eating utensils while on the go. The Chopstick Bra comes with collapsible chopsticks that are stashed inside the body of the brassiere.
The designers of the Chopstick Bra, Triumph International, is pushing the green message with a bra it hopes will cut down on disposable chopsticks, which are now compact and a form part of the bra's frame. It may been only a small step in the green movement, but many chopsticks in Japan are being disposed off, which is a huge chunk of the forests that are being cut down to make them. The Chopstick Bra is supposedly suppose to help cut down on the disposal of chopsticks.
Chopsticks were first used in China almost four thousand years ago and about three hundred years ago they went disposable in Japan. The Japanese throw away an estimated twenty-five billion pairs of wooden chopsticks every year, which are already made by recycled wood chips. The only think I hope is that these bras are worn by women that do not sweat!
Another new trend in lingerie are pantyhose that are made especially for men. In our unisex world it only makes sense that pantyhose for men be marketed to the men who want to wear pantyhose. It is hard for men to wear pantyhose that are made for women because they are not anatomically designed for men and these new pantyhose have a front opening designed especially for men. Furthermore, men are built totally differently around the waist and these new pantyhose for men have a fuller waist that are more comfortable for men to wear. This line of pantyhose and footless tights may be the most popular new product for the trans-gender and cross dresser market in a while, which are manufactured by Gerbe.
One other unique lingerie trend is the Butt Bra, which helps hold up the weight of the buttocks, lifts and defines the curvature of buttocks, and maximizes small or flat derrieres. The Butt Bra does not leave any visible lines under most clothing and will help enhance the effect of from fitting clothes. It also adds comfort because of its supports, smooths out the back of the thighs, and provides a really put together look. The butt bra provides support for the sagging butt cheeks, and makes your butt look great whether in a skirt or jeans, but like a lot of products that hit the market only time will tell whether this product gains acceptance.
