1. Measure the band underneath... this example is 29
2. Add 5 to that to get your size = 34
3. To determine the cup size measure from the center between the breasts to the center of the spine ... this example is 18 1/2. Multiply by 2 = 37
4. Subtract first number from second number...in this example 34 from 37= 3
